Now offered by Pat DIACCA Topp, a professional artist with a Masters degree in painting and drawing - just the person to restore those damaged photo area, remove unwanted backgrounds, brighten or color-correct photos. Send me your cracked, torn, faded family photos (by certified mail, please, if they're irreplaceable) and I will scan them and return the originals to you. I will repair the images and print copies exactly as you wish. Full and accurate estimate will be given in advance. Precious photos - single and multiple copies - to be given to and cherished by all family members!
